What the Eucharist Celebrates:
- The life, death, and resurrection of Jesus
- The memory of the Last Supper
- Receiving Jesus truly in Holy Communion
- Becoming one with Christ and one another as the Body of Christ
Ministers of the Eucharist:
- Priests and trained Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion help distribute Communion during Mass
- Ministers also bring Communion to the sick and homebound
“The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life.”
The Eucharist completes the Sacraments of Initiation and is the central act of Catholic worship.
Receiving the Eucharist:
- Catholics may receive Holy Communion daily
- If you are sick or homebound, please contact the Parish Office to arrange Communion visits
